Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SellerOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

SellerOS provides Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) analysis services. You upload Amazon Search Term Report CSV files, and our engine analyzes keywords for waste and opportunities. SellerOS provides recommendations only — we do not make changes to your Amazon campaigns automatically.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • •Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • •All activity occurring under your account
  • •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • ✗Upload files that are not genuine Amazon Search Term Reports
  • ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
  • ✗Share your account or license key with others
  • ✗Resell or redistribute any output from the Service
  • ✗Upload files containing personally identifiable information of customers
  • ✗Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan: Available at no cost. Limited to 1 report per week and total waste amounts only (no keyword details).

Pro Plan ($39/month): Billed monthly via Gumroad. Includes unlimited reports, full keyword details, Opportunity Engine, weekly email reports, and CSV export. 7-day free trial available.

Annual Plan ($390/year): Billed annually via Gumroad. Includes everything in Pro plus priority support and early access to new features.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Current subscribers will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect.

6. Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Annual plans: Cancel anytime. Refundable within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refund is issued but access continues until the annual period ends.

To cancel, contact us or through Gumroad directly. We'll process your cancellation within the same business day.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimer

SellerOS detection rules are deterministic and based on the data in your CSV file. However:

  • •We do not guarantee that our recommendations will improve your advertising performance
  • •All optimization decisions are yours to make — we only provide recommendations
  • •Results depend on the quality and recency of data you upload
  • •SellerOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLEROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, brand, and design, is owned by SellerOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will not be liable for any downtime or data unavailability. We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion procedures are described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Contact us to resolve any disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
